LEJ Building Ltd is a family-run company led by directors Louis and Charlie Burgess. With over 30 years’ combined experience in the building trade, we specialise in extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, and general building works across Wallington, Carshalton and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship, reliability, and clear communication, delivering projects that our clients are proud to call home.

Louis Burgess – Director

Louis has been working in the building trade for over 20 years. He began with a three-year carpentry apprenticeship, developing the skills and attention to detail that underpin every project we deliver. Over the years, Louis has built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication with clients, and hands-on leadership across extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, and general building projects.

Charlie Burgess – Director

Charlie brings 9 years of experience in the building trade. He started out in landscaping and bricklaying, before joining forces with Louis in 2021 to form what is now LEJ Building Ltd. Charlie specialises in structural works, extensions, and loft conversions, with a strong focus on efficiency, problem-solving, and delivering a seamless client experience.

Together, Louis and Charlie combine their expertise to lead a family-run business that prides itself on reliability, professionalism, and building spaces clients are proud to live in.
